How long does a typical consulting engagement last?
Our consultation program begins with a six-month commitment. After that, you can continue month-to-month for as long as you’d like. Many organizations choose to stay on because they find ongoing coaching support invaluable.
What kind of coaching support will we receive?
You’ll get a mix of personalized and group support:
- One personal 30-minute call each month with a BAM Coaches staff member
- Weekly group calls covering player development and team/club coaching topics
- Open Q&A time in every session so your coaches can get direct feedback
Do we get access to certification and recognition?
Yes! All participating coaches in your organization receive full access to the BAM Coaches Certification Course. And when your organization completes the consultation term with active participation, you may be recognized as a BAM-Certified Organization.
