What do I get with each package?

Each package includes a set number of short-form videos, graphics, and other content (like team highlights or YouTube edits) delivered monthly. Depending on the package, you may also receive consulting calls, social media guidance, and access to our content course. All packages require a 3-month commitment (6 months for custom deals) to ensure you can see big results!

What's the turnaround time for content?

Typical turnaround is 24-48 hours, but sometimes shorter! You can also request up to 2 same-day edits per month depending on availability.

How do I send and receive my footage?

It's simple: you'll drop your footage to our editing team and quickly fill out a form that gives all the direction needed to bring the video to life. From there, they'll get to work, send back a draft asking for feedback, and then work with you to quickly finalize any desired changes and get you your masterpiece!

How much creative freedom do clients have? Can they request specific styles, captions, or music?

You have full freedom over all of it!

Will I get any assistance in planning content and building brand identity?

Absolutely!
